Cto5K Week 4

I just got finished doing Week 4 of Couch to 5K! I'm jogging along at a snail's pace - far from running like an athlete - but it's so much more than I could do 4 weeks ago!

I'm still not losing any weight...I've been exercising hard and consistently for 2 months now and have lost no weight since starting my regime. My exercise and PJ pants fit differently, but my jeans and other pants feel pretty much the same. To say I'm frustrated would be a huge understatement. My eating is good...I'm still following Weight Watchers and stay on plan, so I JUST DON'T GET IT.

I guess the next step is to completely overhaul my eating. As in, no more carbs/overly processed foods. I'm pissed because that shouldn't be the problem. I should be able to follow the calories in < calories out rules and get results (like I've always done in the past). There's something missing and I'm going crazy because I'm busting my ass and getting nowhere. Plus, as a non-meat eater (except on rare occasions), I can't easily follow a low-carb diet. I guess we'll see what happens this week...I'm trying to make better use of my WW points and get more fruits and veggies. Thursday's my weigh-in day this week...I hope I don't have to leave in tears again.
