Moe’s Does a Body Good

And by that, I mean I didn’t need to eat dinner after my ginormous lunch.  Mom and I did, however, indulge in Publix key lime pie.  I forgot to take a picture of it because its siren call was begging me to devour it as fast as I could.  I did take a picture of one of the three glasses of wine I drank. smile_embaressedDSC06997

This glass was a favor at my friend Megan’s wedding last month…it’s become my favorite glass because it’s nice and sturdy and not too big (I tend to overestimate serving size when the glass is huge and bulbous).  Mom and I watched Ratatouille –- it was so cute! -- while I read blogs and e-shopped.  It’s sad…every so often I’ll get an urge to window-shop online and put cute stuff I can neither afford nor fit into in my little shopping cart.

Now I’m chatting with one of my best friends on Facebook chat and watching Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.  Every time I hear the Oompa Loompa song, I can’t help but think of Andy from “The Office” doing this bit:

I’m such a huge “Office” fan!!

I should really do some sort of exercise tomorrow, but I’m weirded out by how bad my calves and quad hurt.  Now my right knee is hurting probably because I’m overcompensating for my left leg.  Geez, I’m a mess.  And on top of all that, I’m a tad bit hungry.  I hate this time of night…I need to go to bed, but I want a snack.  Now that I’ve obsessed about it enough, I’ll probably go to bed hungry (which definitely won’t kill me).

Because the end of this post turned into rambling stream-of-consciousness, I’m signing off for the night to go read more of Twilight…I’ve been boycotting it but am finally giving in.  For the record, I thought the movie was kinda dumb, but I’m willing to give the book a chance.  smile_sniff
