Since Christmas, I've been going to bed after 2am and I can't keep that up. This morning I got woken up for a legitimate reason at 8:30, a perfectly reasonable time for someone to already be up and awake, and I felt sick all day because I didn't get enough sleep. So I'm headed to bed, even though I wanted to write a post, because I'm hoping to break the cycle of going to bed at 2-4am and waking up at 10-11.

Thanks, ladies. So far, I'm better at going to bed earlier. The waking up part...not so much. I've got plans to rearrange my bedroom furniture this week (ohhhh I hope I can get to that!!), and that will definitely give me a fresh start!ReplyDelete
